FOW on, historical weather, latest patch. It would be preferable that you're not a veteran player, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter. [:D]

As I have different university work from week to week, the rate at which I can do my turns varies, from several a week to even just 1 per week. If that's okay and if you're not planning on going AWOL on me, send me a PM. [:)]
