Novice German player full FOW non random weather. Can play 4-5 turns per week

Soviet player will agree to skip T1 move.

What? No tough as boots Soviet player out there? What's all the chat about the game is unbalanced towards Soviets - take up the challenge against a novice but capable player. I will be willing to play a return game on same conditions. [:'(]
