Settngs?

Close Combat - Cross of Iron is based on Atomic Games award Winning Close Combat Series. Close Combat is a real time game were you take command of German or Soviet squads on the Eastern Front during World War II. This version is being developed by CSO Simtek and will include many new features and improvements.

Settngs?

Quick Question. I'm going to try the GC-Eastern Fury campaign and it recommends 2 options in the pdf, 20/30min time limit OR Hold VLs/2min. Which is the recommended way to play? What is the way most people play in general; timer, VLs or both?

I usually play 15-20min

take all VL's with 2 min warning

I went with 20min Take all VLs and 2min timer

As well for a new player playing the recommended GC-Eastern Fury campaign it is a lot easier to learn the game playing as the Russians since the first four battles the Germans are going to lose.
