Downloading the v2.0 patch.

Some of you and myself at times can't d/l anything from the Matrix Downloads page. David heath has checked into this and so have I and the reason is the number of people doing d/l. I have just checked and those files that I tried to d/l several hours ago that came up with server not found are now d/ling.

So its a matter of being there at the right time when there arent so many people doing d/ls.

Are there any plans to upgrade capacity for downloads and/or provide some method, such as a more reliable error message or even a download queue, to resolve this problem?

I personally had no troubles getting the V2 patch via the game updater the first time I tried, but then it was something like midnight in the USA at the time

To those trying to deal with the problem:
- Use the matrix downloads page rather than the internal updater.
- Use a download assistant, such as getright [www.getright.com] so it can resume if broken.
- Schedule the download for late night/early morning in the US, which is likely to be where the bulk of the traffic to the server is comming from. If they are asleep, they typically aren't downloading

Yes David Heath has said that he is looking into other ways to d/l the files.
