Finding A Specific Unit

I am trying to find specific sapper units to change their headquarters to maximize soviet railbuilding in the right place.
What is the quickest and easiest way to find a Soviet unit once you have its name? And to find the right Soviet HQ?
Railway repair units are all apparently attached to Stavka? Is that correct?
All help is appreciated? If I do not quickly maximise Soviet rail conversion in the right places my offensive will collapse.

Sapper support units are a HQ support unit which may be battle commited

To find auto rail repair crews in the commanders report

Set CR unit display filters to const

I have found them on the list, but once I have them on the list, I cannot find them on the map. I want to find a button on the list to lead me to the unit on the map so I can change the headquarter unit of that sapper unit.
That is my problem.

Ok first you go to commanders report. There you will find your unit. Also , his location. Click on the location and you are there.

There are also numerous filters at the bottom of the screen to help you sort out and search.
