Just an observation. Downloaded the latest beta and started a new GC game. Germans are computer opponents and now they don't do recon at the beginning of the turns anymore.Is this by design? IS Computer opponent recon now done in the background and just being seen as it was before the latest patch?

Also I went to a urban hex and created five on map AT brigades at Moscow. No problem there in accomplishing this. However after I created the AT brigades in one turn i have never had the option to build more on map AT brigades again.
