SP:WAW just started running incredibly slow...

I was playing a hotseat game with a friend just today. As soon as I started the game, it began to go slower than cold molasses. I've tried restarting the program, but it still won't go faster. It normally runs very fast and very well, and I have not made any changes to the game. Any ideas anyone?

Just an idea.

Try a defrag of you Hard Disk if you haven't done it in a while,

SPWAW has a lot of files!

I figured out my problem...

I had scroll delay turned up to 5.

I have had that happen from having the game running twice on my machine.
