In the 900th Lehr Motorized Brigade, the SdKfz-251/17 Self propelled flak guns are listed as being available June'43 to September'45. I'm on the first turn of the GC.

Yes, that's a mistake. The OB of the Motorized Brigade was changed in the recent patch, and eventually we will rebuild the unit so it matches the OB correctly and it won't have those SP guns.
