Start and end dates for the Zis-30

Playing the russians vs AI
Turn 23 and I am forming up the First Shock Army
Added a "41 TD Battery" and looked to see what a Zis-30 was
I noticed that the production start date is 9/42 and the end date is 10/41
Is this correct or a bug?

Great game and have started my first PBM game. Loving it!

That was supposed to have been fixed in the patch released earlier this month.

Production dates are correct. What makes me worry is the negative ammo use. It is shown all correct in my versions.

Started this game very early on and have upgraded to version 1.03 Beta 2 Must have started befor any updates

I see in a game I am playing PBEM That I started a couple of weeks ago that the dates are correct
