Fatal Error 200

Attempting to get into WITP AE after a long hiatus, I get the main menu ("Play," "Manual", etc.) and then a brief view of the splash screen and then a dialogue box that says "Fatal Error 200" that ends all progress.

Can someone tell me what this means and what I should do?

Did you copy the folder from another PC or install it?

Can't remember, though I think I probably installed it (Windows7.) I suppose I can always try to reinstall it.

I would do that first. Is it installing into the "matrix games" folder? Don't install it in program files as that has special permissions set on it.
