Bug with plane & devices production with 1108c version

Using a mod (modified database, especially on devices and planes definitions).

The case is that planes that should be available to a given date (02/44 for P-51B for exemple), are available with a 0/0 date.

Same for devices, new defined US inf squad 1945 are available at 0/0 instead of 01/45.

I can forward screen copy to anyone who is willing, as well as an example of the database and of the save.

The bug seems related to new defined devices & planes in the mod. Vanilla data seems unchanged.
