Troop loading

Hi all. Hey when I load my troops how do I know the loading is complete? I tried loading them and the next thing I know they had all unloaded themselves. Help plz thx!

Tell them to move somewhere that isn't a base. 1 hex out into the ocean is fine (and set retirement to "patrol/do not retire" so they stay there).

Once they finish loading troops they'll set sail automatically.

Same applies for supplies and fuel (except replenishment TF's, which won't unload unless told to).

If you don't tell them to move they'll assume you want them to move to their current location and upon arriving (which is instantaneous) they'll start unloading.
