Italian Icons

Post by Warhorse »

Just a heads up, in a few days I will have a set of redone Italian stuff. Have totally redone the Semovente's, and the P26/40, and touched up the other armor. The SMV's were a mess. especially the 90mm version, no more than a colored elongated lump!! Now you tell what it is, as is the 105mm version, also new camo pattern on the 105, and the P26/40!! Stay tuned!!

First, a pat on the back for all this work
you're doing.

Is this work on the icons going to manifest itself in anything shipped by Matrix? Like when the new OOBs are shipped?

Thanks for the kind words David, just trying to further the enhancements!! To my knowledge no, to your question, I believe there is supposed to be a oob patch out by the 18th, but don't want to promise anything!! I had wanted to do this all last year when I originally was just doing graphics, but got caught up in the assisting in the oob area, and still am to a small extent, but trying to get these all squared away ASAP!! Next will be the British, they are a mess;-)

Fabio, check!! And quite a nice section at that, I very much appreciate the effort you put into doing that for me, thanks so much! You and Rick will be the first to receive these, you two are to be commended in your continueing efforts at supporting this game, very cool!! ImageShould be Saturday or Sunday, I have to touch up the medium tanks, and the L6/40, and give the trucks and such a gander, then off they go!!

Warhorse, I am an avid fan and supporter of your artwork. Your destroyer, LST and other ones you've done for me are beauties!

I'll certainly be looking forward to this new art of yours. Nicely done, Marine!

Yes Randy, the numbers should be in there, you will however need to get the icons themselves from Fabio, or Tankheads page!! Not all will be there I suppose, I'm trying Image

Question,
Do these updated (improved)OOB's cause any problems with PBEM or Net play if both players don't have the updated versions?
A big THANK YOU for all the work.

Bascom, these are just icons, the little tanks and such, no they won't mess up a thing!! They are not part of the checking routine the AI uses in PBEM...aren't we lucky!!Load up and enjoy!!
