How to lengthen pop-up time on screen

Dear Folk,
I've tried changing the tool-tip show and hide paramaters under Player options, but can't find the right settings to leave the tool-tip pop-up on long enought to study all the info. How do I lenthen the time the pop-up stays on? Is there a way to get it to stay on until I click or something?

Just change your player options thusly:

[ I have my times are those to turn the pop-up off entirely. Change yours to show after a short amount of time and change the hide to a large amount, say a second and a half or something suitable. ]

If I'm correct, changing the values does not change the times until you've gone out of the game or at least out of the scenario. I tried everything the other night, no change. Last night, when I went back into the game, the pop-up stayed on as long as I wished because I had set the hide after value to 99 the night before.
Is this correct?
