game download problem

hi,

who do i have to speak to with regards to some download issues?

i cant find my order number to download the game. the game is registered and i have the serial number but i need the order number to re-download.

If you have saved your emails, which is what I do, there is always a confirmation email including your order number.

i registered the game way back in april 07 so i defo dont have the email.

i used the emails provided on the support page but ive just had automated responses.

i was cleaning out boxes from the spare room today and i found cd holder i hadnt seen in ages. inside was a cd containing TOAOW so it turns out i did burn it to disk when i bought it.
