Support Unit question

Post by Krieg »

I need help with SU assignment. I have read all the threads and looked through the manual but still am having some issues. When I go to manually assign SUs to my combat units, the menu that pops up after I select assign in the unit detail window shows available SUs to assign. I am trying to figure out how to increase the "pool" if you will of those SU's? I can not figure out how to unassign a SU to add it to the pool for other combat units to draw from. I have attached a picture from the assignment window from a combat unit window. Any help would be appreciated.

Those SU's are the ones in range of the unit you are trying to assign them to. What I do is pool them all in an army HQ, and then assign them the next turn. (Make sure the HQ is locked). If you go to the commanders report you can see all your SU's (using the appropriate filters) and can move them around by clcking on the unit, and changing its HQ.

Yup.  Request/Build SU's in the Army HQ then assign to Divs the next turn.
