It's too bad it happens so rarely...[:D]
... and that coming from a Dane ... [:D]

ETA: ... unless your expressing your sorrow that Denmark never has won any medal whatsoever in ice hockey? [;)]

ETA2: or, if you're talking about the (few) times that Onime's right, then I heartily agree. [:'(]

Sorry, but the "sport" of ice hockey, aka an excuse for two teams of men with strangely bulbous foreheads and no teeth to beath each other with sticks has never really taken off here...[:'(]
I don't see why not. You've got plenty of prominent foreheads on your side of the Baltic, particularly if your avatar is to be believed.

Also, hockey doesn't necessarily interfere with your drinking-you can still do both! In fact, there may be a two drink minimum in Sweden to spectate. [:'(]

That's strange, given our mutual viking heritage [:'(]

I'm back. Did I miss much?

I see by my loss of posts that there was another great abridgement.

It's much more fun to tie up stuffy Brits and fling them into a flaming barrel of aquavit. [:'(]

Retired (forcibly). Finished every scenario in Win MBT and SP2WW2 so I am returning to WiTP since I have alot of time to fill during the day.

I should be ready for another pbem in a few months.

Yeah, Grollub and Chickenboy, lay off Onime. He's obviously having confusing feelings towards the Swedish national ice hockey team, and this is not the time to mock him...[:'(]

Indie isnt my usual genre but I like this. Her voice has something from that girl from the Cranberries.

Theyre not confused. Its blatant jealousy at being able to field a consistently solid team in every international even....unlike the prima donas Russia puts up. [8|]

Hadn't thought of that comparison, but yes, she does. She's a good kid and has worked hard on this for a long time, no pun intended. I hope yall will give her a listen.

Agreed. When I listened to her, she kinda reminded me of some Swedish artists - the voice reminded me of Frida Öhrn (of Oh Laura & SAAB Commercial fame) (She does a very good version of that song here). The style of music reminded me of an all girl country/folk music band named Abalone dots. Link here. In that video you can also see who has to be the most good looking double bass player ever.
