Information Windows comanders edition

Information windows are not sized properly. this same problem existed when HCE first came out and Tony wrote a program to fix it

That'd be some registry deletions that will be done by ... http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.ph ... owfile=228

Close the game before running the above. It resets window sizes to default to take font size into account. Then when you next start the game the window sizes make sense [:)]
