Air Transfer to Airbase in a Stack

Air Transfer to Airbase in a Stack

I understand how to transfer air units; but if the target airbase is in a hex with others I can't seem to do it; I have to move the target into a hex by itself. Is this WAD or what am missing?

Let's call it as current engine limitation. Not that it can't be fixed, but just hard to find extra hour or two. :)
