This scenario is just an extended version of the Typhoon meant to give the Germans a platform to practice various defensive ideas in the weather. It goes into March.

Okay cool, thanks. That's the one I keep on playing to have a better grasp of this "blizzard" thingie [:D] Getting clobbered every time, the more I play the worse it gets LOL. And I really want to see how the German units are come Spring.
Question: where do I put the file, or do you have a readme file included?

On most machines it should go in Matrix Games/Gary Grigsby's War in the East/Dat

Put both files in there and you should be able to select it from your scenario screen.
