How do you change resolution?

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

Hey guys,
How do you change the resolution in this game? I have a widescreen monitor and it looks like crap. Thanks!

3.4 gigahertz AMD Phenom 965 Quad Core
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1024Meg
4GB RAM

You can't unfortunately - this game as developed about 5 years ago and it was less of an issue then.
