Road to Kiev Luftwaffe stands down version Beta 6

On turn 7 in a PBEM game my opponent is reporting only air recon and supply transport missions flying for the Luftwaffe. Nothing else. The Red Air force rules the sky!

What are your air doctrine settings? Where are your airbases? Screenshots, and saved game files would be helpful, as well.

Found the problem, he changed the minimum to fly to 95%. No bug! One less thing to be concerned about. Sorry about that.
