Soviet Motorised Rifle Battalion ORBAT

Does anyone have a detailed ~1980 Soviet Mot Rifle Regt Order of Battle? Particularly support and service personnel breakdown?

I am thinking of recreating some of the battles from H.W. Coyle's "Team Yankee" or Kenneth Macksey's "First Clash". The later breaks both a Canadian Mech Inf Bde Gp and Soviet Guards Tk Div, giving major equipment holdings for a Bn/Regt but not below.

If anyones already made a cold war estab and'd mind sharing i'd be glad of it!

The Eastern Front never kept my interest i'm afraid. If you knew of any good table top or computer wargame scenarios I wouldn't mind porting this to BFTB. My weakness when it comes to scenario design is that i've no professional background in military matters, so hesitate to use too much imagination and risk coming up with something unbelievable. I would much rather use something historical as a basis.

There are a range of visual Orbats for Soviet formations for different periods. Note that not all agree exactly with other information I've seen with regard to support weapons allocated to the MRB, and the MRD seems to be lacking the commonly represented ITB of 51 tanks... still a rare view of the myriad of support and other rear echelon units held.

I did spot a few silhouettes that I didn't identify beyond 'truck/van' where there was no matching entry on the key, but not many.
