I myself have extensive Japanese experience but would like to try a kick at the allies for a second time. I have no problem doing 1-2 turns a day. North American timezone would be preferred,but not mandatory
Prefer
1 day turns

Houserules would need to be discussed

Sorry,added in scenario 2 but still would prefer 1 day turns.
