Problem with Serial Number Error 200

Reinstalled TOW and played a bit to re-familiarize myself with it over the weekend. Restarted it last night and when I click on Play I'm told there is a "problem with my serial number error 200"

Huh?

Help!

Did you downloaded the game and the patch from the same source?

Yes. I purchased and downloaded the game in 2009 from Matrix and just downloaded the patch from them also. BTB, running XP.
