Countdown to Infamy eqp file

Okay -I give up. I can't get this eqp to load into the editor, and I can't convert it from an exe. Does anyone have an eqp file for this scenario that'll work with toaw3? I know I've asked for it before, but that thread is long gone.

I much appreciate your help Parmenio, but I have it working. Maybe an opponent will be needed, but it seems to play just fine, as does ACW with the 19th cent weaps eqp. These are two very good scenarios.
