down load not working after one month

I purchased CE one month ago not working tried to contact matrix to no avail am in contact with standards and trading officer dont want monry back WANT WORKING SIMULATION

Can you be more specific about what portion of the process is giving you trouble? Where are you going to download? Does the download happen and the install fails,....?

The game opened but was distorted on screen and did not fuction. I have unistalled it.

I have windows 7
