I'm testing this against the AI on challenging atm, and yes it is...... challenging.

Oh yeah. As SU vs AI, I took Bucharest early via Sea ( now I dont do that vs AI as a house rule). Based on their victories against thw SU before they changed sides, most of RU Army became Guards in short order - taking up many slots. You can have whole RU Armies of Guards including HQ. I could not make an all RU Guards Mountain Corps despite having all the Guards Mountain Divs to do so.

When the Rumanians changed sides there was probably a security division in the OOB. Once in GAIA's "pot", units get used as and when she sees fit.

It is just a fluke, but it amused me. I was more pleased to see that she can actually get Berlin. This was the very latest version of the code.

edit: I think the point about a Rumanian unit getting guards status may need to be looked at - it looks they are being treated like any other red army unit.

There's no such thing as mountain corps in the game ( sad to say ).
