3.4 Rectangle Box

How do you turn off the box that follows your mouse pointer when placed over the terrain etc? It is a nice thing to have but it gets in the way, can you place it somewhere permanent?

There are two possibilities:

- Play -> Default Options, which will revert the GUI back to the 3.2 behaviour

- Set Tool Tip Show in the options menue to 100000 and Tool Tip Hide to 1
