Supply Levels: When you select Supply Levels and then select a unit, a line will be drawn
from the unit to its supply source. If the unit you select is a non-HQ unit, the line will be drawn
to its higher HQ. If the unit you select is an HQ unit, the line will be drawn to a higher HQ and/
or a Supply Source. The color of the line tells you if the unit is in or out of supply. A green line
indicates a unit that is in supply. A red line indicates that the unit is out of supply. Note that
the line drawn is simply a straight line from one point to another and not the actual path of the
supply line itself.
Conflict of Heroes "Most games are like checkers or chess and some have dice and cards involved too. This game plays like checkers but you think like chess and the dice and cards can change everything in real time."

It is always assumed that units exert a 1-hex border ZoC. I could see some value in visually turning on enemy ZoC, though that has caused a lot of exploits and nonsensical issues in many other games that tried to get FANCY with it.

Anyhow, if a unit is disrupted pretty bad, like level-4 then it's not going to be able to hit you with an E-ZoC anymore... another situation that comes to mind is a tank that is on an opposing side of a river.

In certain actions which require you to know hexes around a unit that are in E-ZoC, you'll know (solid red shading = in-game):
