New Version/Deluxe Edition/HTTR Scenarios?

Hi,

From other posts here, I'm aware that the scenarios from HTTR are being ported to BFTB. I also understand there is major code revision going on (something to do with Visual Studio?).

Is there any news as to the timing of the scenarios, or the release plan? I assume there will be a charge - but will it be a separate game, or an addon, and will there be a combined game (i.e. deluxe edition)?

Anyway, particularly given that the price for BFTB has been cut, this seems to leave room for a more expensive version with all scenarios.
