Disrupted units advancing

Post by Private TT »

I don't know if this has been discussed before but the AI is able to move disrupted units closer to seen enemy units. Also computer can target artillery by the map even when this has not been set for the scenario. Sorry if this has been brought up before.

Depending on the the situation, disrupted units can appear to move closer to opposing units because the disrupted unit is only concerned about the "closest" enemy unit.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Sorry I should have been more clear. The disrupted units are definately advancing towards the nearest enemy. My units can even fire on them as they advance and cause disruption, but they still keep coming. I have checked this a number of times. I have to say that I didn't notice it prior to updating to 1.04.

Interesting, I haven't noticed this.

Any chance you can send me the game files so I can have a look?

Thanks!

The scenarios I'm using are my own and it seems to happen on all of them. I should have pointed out that I play without fog of war as I enjoy seeing how the computer reacts and moves. I can send you a scenario if you want to have a look. Where do I get your email address.
