Can't get off the train

I have a couple of regiments by the No Attack line on the Finnish front.

Sent them on T1. It's T3 and they are frozen on the train.

I managed to detrain them simpy by clicking on detrain in the unit window.

Ive uploaded the save with them detrained.

sorry ignore that post i didnt know you meant the security regiments to the east of leningrad

I thought you meant the divisions and hq's which were entrained

Next turn I could detrain the security regiments

On the turn you provided they have 0 strategic movement points available, so they can't be detrained
