On behalf of the Dutch (well, I'm part Dutch, anyway), I want to applaud any reference to a Dutch dreadnought.
Actually the Dutch almost acquired as many as nine dreadnoughts for service in the Far East, a design somewhat like a slower, more heavily armored Kongo.
