I'm confused

By your patch process.

First off, I went to fire up ANW tonight (which was installed when I installed HUE) and it gave an error (see below)

So I went to patch...and the first patch (latest patch) listed in the list under the game HUE is a patch for Harpoon Commanders Edition for 07 March 2011? I just downloaded that thinking it was the latest patch - and it said my serial number was invalid. It was then I noticed it was for HCE!!

Why is there a patch out on the 07 March for HCE and the last one out for HUE was on 02 Feb? I thought HUE was the final ultimate? I thought all patches were going to be for HUE from the date of sale?

Whilst you're here - wth is this error message about when I start HUANW?

Forget the error - downloading and installing the patch Harpoon3UltimateANW-Update-v3101a.zip cured it

But what about the latest patch for HCE and none for HUE?

Matrix put the 2009.050 HCE patch under the wrong product listing. That is the final HCE patch to bring it to the Ultimate level (which you'll note if you run HUCE is 2009.050). There is no patch for HC beyond 2009.050 at this point unless you want a beta version 2009.054 http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?showtopic=2049
