Activation code wrong

I recieved a 16 digit activation code with the download. When I try to install it tells me this code is invalide. I rececked my order, that is the only code I got with game.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

Hi Twotribes,

The serial key should be entered in the following format, with the hyphens but without any extra spaces:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

The most common issue here is that customers copy and paste from their e-mail but include extra spaces when they copy. Make sure there are no extra spaces and that the format is correct and it should work.
