Factories.

So I've run into a luxury problem. I've captured two factories and they're churning out 4 bombers and 4 tanks every time. So that's nice but at the moment I have more bombers than I want (20 or more). More than I want I say because the moment you send them all on a bombing mission half of my oilsupply is gone... [8|]

So I'd like them to produce something else... no go I guess. So either your factories are producing gass guzzling things, or nothing at all?

There are only three types of factories: gun, plane and tank. If you have all the units you need of a particular type or can adequately support with oil/raw, then turn off production at that factory until your need more or can support more.
