rifles

i want to build rifle infantry.i have lvl8 barracks,light infantry training. what other requirements are there? (i also have one of the skirmisher upgrades)

There is also a time requirement.  It must be a certain year.  1803 maybe?  Can't remember off the top of my head but I know there is one.
Russia in "Going Again II"
France in "Quest for Glory"
Prussia in "Invitational"
