What is nktoawrez.exe used for? Could AVG be mistaking this for a virus or trojan and does this executable have something to do with serial number authentication?

Virus it ain't... to verify, my nktoawrez.exe 2.28 MB, 25 October 2006, 15:49:00. It's for some video/audio stuff.

Ralph, is this a false positive? And would it cause my serial number to post as being incorrect?
