I'm enjoying my "forced vacation" this week more than most as my son is off of school, so no early mornings getting him off to school.  [:)]

Went to the gym for the first time on Tuesday. Got a brace for my ankle and did a truncated exercize program; it seemed to go okay. Will be going again on Thursday.
