Vehicle production

After installing the new Beta, v. 1.04.10 I´ve noticed that the vehicle production for the Axis, was reduced a lot. Before the patch the production was about 2000-3000 vehicles/turn, now it is at 200-250 v / turn. Bug o WAD?

Must be a bug, at least there was no intention to reduce vehicle production for both sides.
