fighter intercept range

Post by torontorock »

Hola all. I was just wondering what the intercept range for fighters is and/or where this is listed. Alot of stuff to get used to in this game and I can't seem to find this info yet. I know that you can set the minimum readiness level for a fighter to be able to intercept. Also, is there a smaller chance to intercept the farther away from the airfield the fighter is stationed at? I think I read that somewhere but can't remember now where I read it. Anyways, any info would be appreciated. Hope all iss well :)

Adjusting the readiness level just determines if the fighter will intercept or not. It has no effect on the interception range.

Ah the recon button. I didn't think of that (wouldn't know what the little airplane symbols meant anyway hehe). Thx for the answer th1207.

Any info on wether the intercept chance decreases the farther away the fighter is from it's base?

Yes the further away from it's base the less likely a fighter will intercept.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
