Recruiting ground units from conquered worlds

Hi guys,

Have been playing Supernova and loving it. One Q I have so far is:

How do I recruit ground forces from conquered world? Even with the appropriate local tech level I can't even seem to recruit marines let alone storm troopers/special OPs.

That's because you cannot recruit ground forces from conquered planets. You can only do so from worlds that have a sufficient population of your own race. [:)]
