I'm not sure how one can concede one game of a mirror match without conceding the whole kit and caboodle, rtrapasso. Apparently I am awaiting the victor of the Raverdave / Cap'n Mandrake match for this tournament, but unable to proceed without their (partially conceded) game being finalized.

Raverdave, are you guys still playing or has your partial concession effectively terminated the game in CapMandrake's favor? It would be helpful to know as we can move on to the final round if you're done.

According to his message posted shortly before yours, they are still working on the game... although Raverdave seems to be down by 400+ points in the match... he can apparently make this back if his CVs can beat up the USN.

Well I have just conceded the second match to Cap Mandrake, after and all out attack on the USN in port (which was successful) he put a a number of torps into my BB which points wise was worth over 300, so there is no way that I will be able to win.  I dips me lid to Cap Mandrake.
