Is It All A Con???

I purchased 2 games from Matrix on the 13th April - their physical Version, Download with Disk.
I was sent the Serial numbers by7 Email, and downloaded the 2 games.
I have heard NOTHING since about the 2 games on Disk to be sent.
I cannot find a way on the Matrix Site to send them an Email asking about these games.
I tried contacting Plimus Sales, but they sweear they have never heard of me.
Does anyone know what I can do to rectify this situation?
I am beginning to believe Matrix is just a business milking gamers.

You should go to the help desk and open an issue, telling them your order number and they'll sort you out ASAP.
