Just bought the game. Tried to save. Got an error. Checked the manual. No help. Is there some "trick" to saving a game...some special syntax like no caps or no spaces or a limit on length of "save name?"

This is pretty frustrating when the game has had a whole host of patches and there is no explanation of how to troubleshoot a save a game problem in the manual.

I have a problem, I can't sign in for member area. I want to get the Mod because the gane is palying small on the monitor. Can someone from Matrix change my name from QNISNJQV to Big Muddy, so I can play with the progrem fill up the monitor. The game is useless in this condition.
