Keep getting draw for a result

Playing the old "The Storm" scenario from Indian Ocean Battleset, and even if I destroy all the Iraqi airbases, surface assests and even Tehran airfield in day 1, I get a message saying, since both sides still have assests available the game is a draw.
Any idea what is happening ?

Took a quick look at the Victory Conditions for that scenario. Seems you better get to destroying some bases. You'll need to destroy 12 bases for total victory, and slightly less for minimum.

[Edit}... Also shows you need aircraft on station over Basra, Kuwait, Baghdad and Balad...

Have destroyed all the bases, but didn't see about a/c on station. Must be a new victory condition, don't remember that from the original version. But that was a long time ago, and my memory is not so good anymore.

I just finished playing through this one, seeing as you reminded me of it. What a HUGE scenario. Really not difficult as Blue, because you have a ton of assets available = but it sure is a busy scenario. Being able to slow time to "0" came in handy a bunch of times, just so I could get organized!

I destroyed all enemy bases and loitered an aircraft inside each of the 4 station boxes. A minute or so after the last base was destroyed I got the Victory popup. When I clicked to "Play On", it advised me that there were no enemy units left. Guess not!
