Which unit takes the hit?

Presume 2 units are stacked together.

One unit is 3 platoons strong and the other is 2 platoons strong.

There is an arty barrage and the stack takes 1 hit.

Which unit takes the hit?

It'd be the unit that has a Defense Value (DV) less than or equal to the result from the bombardment (Page 67 of the Manual)

I've read it as - your 2 units will have different DVs and the lower DV unit takes the hit. If both units had DVs the same or less than the bombard result they both would take a hit each.
