I am unable to play any wargames

A much worse fate than having to attend the concert. [:D]

But, not as bad as the fate that awaits your Allied dogs, USS Mike. See for yourself in the combat replay and report. [8D]

Ooh...a 'taunting the Allied dogs' UNP. [8D]

And a fine Saturday morning. Today it's sunny and will be 70F here in Minnesota. Fine-a-freakin-ly. After I torment the Allied dogs just a bit longer, I'll go out on a bike ride, methinks.

My mum was going through an old family bible and came across the birth certificate of her great uncle, born Dec 1890. This is his memorial:

Had my eye on this one for a while. The Forgotten Fleet (John Winton) is one of my favourite naval WWII books and will be interested to see what this book adds to the BPF story. Not long to wait now.....

Some good news! My friend's cancer is estrogen based and the lung spots were caught early, so she will be on estrogen blocker for two to three months and that will hopefully stop the progress. No chemotherapy or radiation for now! Thanks again for the kind words from all...
