Never recived DVD copy of game

I bought a game few mouths ago (download + phisical copy) but I never recived a DVD on adress. It is possibile that I did not pick up it from my post office, can the DVD be sent do me again?

In the email you received when purchasing the game, there should have been some contact details about customer support.
